“Say what again”
Berry vodka and Massenez Creme de Mure combine with muddled blueberries, grape juice and a hint of aniseed.

“Devil in the pale moonlight”
Lemon vodka, lychee liqueur and Cointreau are combined with
lychee’s and fresh lemon juice, then balanced with a pinch of sugar.

This ice tea style drink is made with raspberry, white peach, fresh grapefruit, passion fruit and grape juice based with lemon vodka and Crème de Framboise.

“Play it again Sam”
South gin is shaken with freshly pressed watermelon, red grapefruit, zesty lemon, bruised basil leaves, Crème de Mure and watermelon liqueur.

“Three stacks of high society” -
A long sling style drink with Belvedere vodka, Crème de Camomille and Crème de Myrtille which is then complimented by cucumber, cranberry juice, raspberry tea and rose water.

“Here’s Johnny”
An apple and rhubarb martini with a hint of cinnamon spice. Tanqueray gin, Grand Marnier and Crème de Peche are shaken with freshly muddled apple and rhubarb confit.

“No place like home”
Tart lemoncello and honey vodka are shaken with Licor 43 and vanilla seeds then balanced with fresh lemon zest. This drink is then torched to create a sweet, toffee crust.

“We’ll always have Paris”
Kaffir lime, elderflower and zesty lemon compliment botanically rich Tanqueray 10 gin and the sweet French wine “Lillet”.

“Durka Durka Durka”
Smirnoff Black Vodka, Licor43, Crème de Griotte and fresh lychee’s are shaken with Turkish rose syrup and then balanced with fresh lemon.

“I like to watch”
Passionfruit vodka, Lemoncello and Licor 43 are shaken with fresh passion fruit, vanilla bean sugar, a dash of pineapple juice and orange juice.

“I like to play”
Pressed kiwi fruit spiced with a sprig of dill, infused vodka, melon liqueur and Liqueur de Apricot then lengthened with a splash of cloudy apple juice.

“Holy testicle Tuesday”
The goddess of gins Tanqueray 10, joins Massanez Crème de Chamomille liqueur which is shaken with elderflower, chilli, cucumber, pressed sage and a dash of apple.

“One time at band camp”
The crisp taste of crushed apple and mint is mixed with premium oak vodka, honey, apple liquer and a hint of butterscotch.

“Forget about it”
Caramalised pineapple is muddled then shaken with 15yr old Matusalem Cuban rum, Tuaca liqueur, bitters, blood orange and lime.

“Coughlins diet”
Pear nectar with fresh ginger and a touch of coriander balance the delicate flavours of 1800 tequila and Crème de Gingimbre.

“As you wish”
Smirnoff Blue vodka, Chambord, lychee liqueur muddled with fresh strawberries and lychee’s then topped with guava juice.

The floral notes of Ciroc vodka are joined with Liqueur de Pomme Verte and
Crème de Camomille. Topped with cloudy apple & lemonade then enhanced with elderflower.

“I like scotch”
JB Rare scotch whiskey, Grand Marnier and Crème de Peche are complimented by the flavours of orange jam, fresh mint, lime and topped with ginger beer.

“Do it”
Smirnoff black vodka and Crème de Griotte are fused with the flavours of shiraz, port and spiced with cinnamon. Fresh passion fruit is then combined with cloudy apple and topped with chinotto, giving this drink a very unique flavour.

A Brandy Alexander style drink with an exotic twist. The South African fruit liquer Amarula is shaken over ice with the Greek brandy Mexata, Tuaca, fresh cream, caramel and nutmeg.

“Borderline inappropriate”
A sultry smooth mix of rich Mozart white chocolate liqueur joined with White Crème de Cacao, vanilla vodka, cream and maraschino cherry juice.
